back to my regular programming. 🍫🍫🍫

Balik na ako sa calorie deficit dahil ramdam kong everytime nagta-travel kami, ang laki talaga ng gini-gain ko. Syempre napaka hirap mag pigil ng kain lalo na kapag gusto mo ma-try yung iba't ibang cuisine. 🫶🏻

Kapag naka calorie deficit ako, Medj strict talaga ako sa diet. As much as possible, healthier option yung mga pinipiling i-consume. 🤍

Itong Swiss Choco Blend yung pinaka meal replacement ko kapag dinner. Protein drink kasi ito with Rolled oats so mabigat din sa tyan. Good thing low calorie lang 'to! Pasok na pasok sa calorie count ko daily. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
