📌 Reservation
• Down payment is required to reserve a gown.
• First come, first served basis.
📅 Rental Period
• Standard rental: 3 days only
• Late return will have additional charges.
💰 Security Deposit
• A refundable deposit is required.
• Returned after the gown is checked and confirmed no damage.
⚠️ Damages
• Customers are responsible for stains, tears, or loss.
• Repair or replacement fee may apply.
🧼 Cleaning
• Please do not wash or dry clean the gown.
• Our shop will handle the cleaning.
❌ Cancellation
• Down payment is non-refundable.
