In celebration of the Museums and Galleries Month 2021, the NHCP Museo ni Emilio Aguinaldo, in partnership with the Municipality of Kawit - Kawit Tourism Office, presents "Corridors of Culture: The Volada as a Liminal Space".

Opening this Friday, 29 October 2021, 10AM at the Ground Floor of the Museo ni Emilio Aguinaldo in Kawit, Cavite.

Our speaker, Stephanie Coo, is a Marie Curie postdoctoral fellow at the Departmento de Historia del Arte, Universidad de Granada, Spain. She holds a PhD in History from Université Nice Sophia Antipolis in France, Master of Arts in History and Bachelor of Science in Management degrees from the Ateneo de Manila University, where she served as Assistant Professor and Coordinator for Internationalization of the Loyola Schools. She is the author of Clothing the Colony: Nineteenth-century Philippine Sartorial Culture, 1820-1896 (Ateneo de Manila University Press, 2019).
