We are looking for a HR Officer who can support the operations of our dynamic HR team.

What You’ll be Doing

As an HR Account Officer, you will oversee and evaluate the preliminary procedures for due process proceedings. You will also serve as a representative of the organization or management when dealing with government institutions such as the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the National Labor Regional Council (NLRC).

In addition to this, you will be responsible for resolving conflicts and negotiations, handling complaints, and settling disputes. Your role will also include managing industrial cases and maintaining positive relationships with employees.

You will also monitor manpower movement, including promotions and transfers, plans, organizes, and executes employee engagement such as company events and activities and assist the HR Manager in ensuring compliance with various buyer social audits such as CKPI, EKPI, ISO, WRAP, and CTPAT audits. And be responsible for overseeing the ER Specialist job task.

You will report to the HR Manager

What you bring to the Role
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• With relevant working experience in the field of Human Resources
• Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in planning and organizing of company events or activities is an advantage
• A team player, highly flexible, highly organized, and willing to work in a dynamic organization.
• Excellent people management skills and the ability to relate to all levels of the organization

What You’ll be Doing

As a member of the production team, you will be responsible for preparing and distributing the relevant files to the production line, assisting in the preparation of machines for style changes, and creating a schedule for the pre-production meeting. Assist in the style changeover and perform the line balancing. Determine the manpower allocation for the line. Implement the lean concept and monitor or update all data in the line. Conduct and assist in production meetings and orientations. Submit a daily report.

You will report to the Production IE Supervisor

What you bring to the Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience in a production industrial engineering role
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills

In this role, you will be in charge of processing premium/loan postings and driving information from SSS, PHIC, and HDMF. Printing, distribution, and filing of payslips, and assisting in the processing of payroll for our employees. Employee Data Verification and Proper Handling of Employee Complaints And process the last pay computation.

You will report to the Payroll & Treasury Head for Finance

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who can support the operations of our dynamic Engineering team.

What You’ll be Doing

As a member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for Conduct the tracing and follow-up and facilitate the transporting, checking, receiving, and storing of electrical and mechanical materials and equipment. Should always be present and conduct rubbing with monitoring at the production area during working hours, as well as updates to the checklist and monitoring for electrical emergency equipment and devices every first working day of the week. They should also provide and daily update the checklist for panel boards and elevators for which they have been assigned. Check, monitor, and repair lighting, power fixtures, and ventilating systems. Shall conduct wiring management in all areas related to building wiring and conduct work and close all callouts related to building wiring and machines under the responsibility of the division. Conduct cleaning, checking, monitoring, troubleshooting, and assistance in the repair of two units of air compressors and checking, monitoring, repairs, and troubleshooting of elevators 1, 3, and 4 and electrical panel boards from the ground floor to the roof top. Check, monitor, pull out, and repair busted ceiling fans and lighting fixtures if needed in all areas. Assist the third-party contractor or supplier in surveying location, sample viewing, testing, and commissioning for newly installed or repaired electrical units or parts. Shall be assigned to any work related to or connected to Facility and Maintenance Division work responsibilities, as priority will arise sooner. Ensures objectives are met while operating within the allocated budget and delivery deadlines on target by being flexible and working in the most efficient way to produce a high-quality output or product with the given resources.

What you bring to the Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience in Electrical Engineering
• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer
• Strong Leadership and management skills
• Strong problem solving , technical , math and science skills
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
