We are incredibly grateful for every dropped laundry and the trust you place in our small business. Every laundry is prepared with care even in times we experienced no water and no electricity but we always strive to provide the best service possible and we truly appreciate your understanding.
If you happen to encounter an issue with your order, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding while we investigate the situation. Before making accusations or threats to our staff, we respectfully ask that you give us the opportunity to review the concern together. There have been instances where items were later found to have been received after a thorough check, and we are grateful when concerns can be resolved through open and respectful communication.
Our goal is NEVER to inconvenience our customers. We value kindness, respect, and understanding from both sides, and we promise to extend the same courtesy to you.
