🌟 As the holiday season sparkles around us, let's take a moment to celebrate a cherished Filipino tradition - the "Parol." 🇵🇭🌟
The Parol, a radiant Christmas lantern, symbolizes hope, light, and the enduring Filipino spirit. Whether adorned with vibrant colors, intricate designs, or shining bright in simplicity, each Parol tells a unique story of joy and unity.
With the initiative of MIS Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES - O) Secondary, the "Star ng Pasko Year 2: A Parol Making Contest" was presented to the learners of Secondary Department. One of the highlighted mechanics was - the lantern must be made of indigenous and recyclable biodegradable materials. All entries will be judged according to the given criteria. Only the top three (3) participating lanterns will be declared as 1st, 2nd and 3rd placers.
There will be a special award to the parol/lantern who will get the highest number of ❤react on the FB Page of MIS YES-O. Here's how you can participate

✅React ❤ to the photo of the parol of your choice
✅Voting period will end on December 11, 2023 at exactly 6:00 A.M.
✅The parol with the most ❤ react will win the Most Loved Parol Award
✅Reactions aside from ❤ will not be counted
