1. FAILURE to send the payment to the correct details will cause your merch to be on hold. the client must request a money return from LANDBANK/GCASH if ever you made a mistake on this matter.
2. Wrong item/Damage returns? Kindly record a video while opening your parcel, it must clearly show the receipt and show the whole contents of what's inside the parcel. must be in complete and original packaging together with the freebies (if any) when Return is validated. NO VIDEO MEANS NO VALID PROOF - Therefore subjected as non-refundable or disputable.
