HOW WE MAKE OUR PRODUCTS?

1. COLLECT
The team collects 500mL PET Bottles, the team wants to collect more than 40 million bottles by 2022.

2. GRIND AND WASH
The team would grind and wash the collected PET Bottles to ensure sanitation and cleanliness

3. PRODUCED RECYCLED POLYESTER CHIPS
CO2 emissions generated by the production of polyester chips as a raw material for fibers are approximately one third lower when the chips are made from recycled PET bottles, rather than crude oil.

4. MAKING THREAD
After made into polyester chips, the team would turn them into a thread that would be soon turned into fabric

5. READY TO WEAR
After making the thread, the team turns it into wearable clothes. These clothes contain up to 80% of the recycled plastic. Which is much more sustainable compared to the conventional way
