👉ALL ITEMS FOUND ON THE PREORDER ALBUMS ARE FOR PREORDER- meaning , they are NOT onhand.
👉RESERVATION MEANS SOLD, STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS.
📌PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO LIMITATIONS IN PHOTOGRAPHY AND THE INEVITABLE DIFFERENCE IN MONITOR SETTINGS, THE COLORS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOGRAPHY MAY NOT CORRESPOND 💯% TO THOSE IN THE ITEMS THEMSELVES
*Pictures may not resemblance exactly the actual items, Actual items may have 85-90% resemblance. please do ask for an actual picture otherwise we'll think that it will be ok for you , we do not replace items for complains of non resemblance unless it was totally the wrong item.
*We source the items directly from supplier and we have no direct control over their stocks, stocks are continuously moving everyday, thus, WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO PROVIDE AT LEAST TWO (2) ALTERNATIVE COLORS OR STYLE JUST IN CASE YOUR 1ST OR 2ND OPTION IS/ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

📌DEADLINE OF PAYMENT: (WEDNESDAY & SATURDAY)
Please make sure that your payment will be sent to us on or before WEDNESDAY & SATURDAY. Please send us a copy of deposit slip for documents.

👉IF PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AFTER THE CUTOFF PERIOD, YOUR ORDERS WILL DEFERRED AND WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE FOLLOWING WEEK'S CUTOFF DATE.

Costumer who fail to pay their payments until Tuesday morning , will be posted as one of our joy reservers and bogus buyers.

(including the 2nd option) will be refunded
*SHIPMENT AND HANDLING FEE shall be shouldered by the buyer/costumer.

Shipping fee depends on your location and weight of the parcel/s
*ARRIVAL of items is usually after 3 to 4 working days.
⚠PLEASE ALERT YOUR PHONE ALWAYS , if you're expecting a parcel, if the delivery boy fails to contact you when he's about to deliver your parcel, he will just bring the parcel to the nearest JRS/LBC branch near your place without letting us know.
If you haven't received the package after 4 working days, please inform us so we could check where your parcel is.
⚠We do not REFUND payments or accept return of item/s in case of delayed shipment, please expect delayed shipment during holidays and bad weather.

WE ASSURE THAT ALL ITEMS WE SHIPPED ARE HIGH QUALITY AND WORKING, ANY LOST OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGE BY OUR MANAGEMENT.
⚠WE "DO NOT" ADVISE TO SHIP ELECTRONICS, MADE OF PLASTIC ITEMS ( INCLUDING BAGS THAT HAS PLASTIC MATERIAL ) , COOKWARE ( LIKE POTS, BLENDERS ETC.) OR ANY DAMAGE DUE TO COURIER MISHANDLING, WE COULD SHIP THOSE ITEMS BUT IT WILL BE "SHIP AT YOUR OWN RISK" ANY DAMAGE SHIPPING WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGE BY OUR MANAGEMENT ..
❌RETURNS are only accepted if a VIDEO (not photo) has been sent to us within 24hours upon receiving the package showing that the item inside is DIFFERENT from your ordered items, (AGAIN, ITEMS ARE 80-90% RESEMBLANCE), The video must be from opening of the package (showing that the package is still sealed)
Item/s must be shipped back within 48 hours from time of receipt after which time, the return claim will be closed, items returned should be in it's original box/boxes, packaging should not be broken or should be in sealable form.
📌Please note that due to some important reasons, we change the schedules but we assure you that it changes will be announced on our FACEBOOK account,

👉A HANDLING FEE will be shouldered by the buyer if he/she wishes items will be delivered on the desired place unless , if it is just a walking distance from the said meeting place.
📌Please take note of my office hours ,
(8am to 11am; 1noon to 5pm : 7pm to 10pm,)
we also have to attend to our daily needs.
if queries were raised beyond limited time , all concern/inquiries and updates on orders will be attended the next given time schedule stated herein
Please note that we will be OFFLINE FOR THE REST OF THE NIGHT if beyond 10PM already and will answer queries the next day
