It has come to our attention that unauthorized parties are producing replicas of our original Sugar Dolls Perfume canisters, causing potential harm to our customers and brand.
These canisters closely mimic the appearance of our product, making it challenging for consumers to distinguish between the authentic and fake items.
To address this issue and protect our customers, we are taking the following actions:
1.Online Monitoring and Reporting: We are intensifying efforts to monitor online marketplaces for counterfeit products and will collaborate with law enforcement agencies to take legal action against those responsible for the production and distribution of fake items.
2. Customer Support: Our customer support team is ready to assist customers who have concerns about the authenticity of their purchases. We encourage customers to contact us immediately if they suspect they have received a counterfeit product.
3. Retailer Collaboration: We will work closely with our authorized retailers to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary information to identify and reject counterfeit products.
