Self... Just a tap on your back is enough.
An open letter to those who feel constantly messing things up despite doing their best:
I know you’re going through a lot and have been dealing with many things lately. You are trying your best to handle everything, but I know that you are also getting tired of dealing with all of them. I understand you. It’s normal to feel tired when dealing with life challenges simultaneously. All you want is for things to fall into place, but you keep falling short, and things keep falling into pieces. It’s draining to feel that you keep messing things up, even though you are doing your best.
Please remember that it’s okay to stumble. Your feelings are valid. It’s normal to mess things up because we are also trying to figure out many things. It’s part of growth and progress. What truly matters is that you’re learning from these experiences and taking steps forward, even when it feels like you’re moving slowly. I see you, and I understand you. I know it’s painful to fall short, and some of the things and people we lost because we messed things up, we lost them permanently. It’s sad because you poured your heart and soul into them, but that is already beyond our control. Despite that, please don’t be too hard on yourself. I want you to know that I am proud of you, and I believe in you. Keep learning and keep growing. You’ll make it through!
