It's not for growth but for gossip.

Gathering in corners just to dissect someone else’s life.

It’s exhausting watching people invest time and energy just to tear others down.
And if you must gossip, at least have the courage to own it.

I used to understand.
I told myself, “Maybe that’s just how they are.
Maybe that’s how they keep their circle alive.”
Maybe gossip is what makes their world go round.

But not anymore.

We are all carrying something.
You have your battles. I have mine. We all do.
So choose kindness.

Pause. Reflect.
Ask yourself if what you’re doing still aligns with who you claim to be.

Because being warm in front of someone
and cold behind their back
is not kindness, it’s pretense.

If you have time to study someone else’s life,
