Pricing and Methods of Payment:
All our prices are in Philippine Peso and may be subject to change without prior notice. We offer great deals and lower prices to people who signed up in our Distributorship Program or Wholesale/Retail Agreement. Promotions associated with the program and/or agreement may be subject to change without prior notice. Payments can be made through our Pera Padala partners like Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier, Wester Union and Palawan Express. You may also deposit your payment to our bank accounts. Please send to us [email protected], to confirm the deposit. We will advise you if payment has been received. For our customers who prefer to purchase on credit, there is a required down payment to be settled within three (3) days from the date of order. The remaining balance should be paid for prior to scheduled delivery. Shipping and Delivery:
Our cutoff for deliveries depends on the time when you placed the orders online and/or stock availability. Orders made between 9AM to 12NN may be shipped within the day from 2PM to 6PM if stocks are on hand and payment has been fully settled until 1PM on the same day. Delivery will be made the next working day until 6PM for orders placed and confirmed paid beyond this cutoff. Delivery is subject to warehouse availability. You will receive from us a confirmation through email and/or call and/or SMS regarding stock availability and delivery schedule. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible. Maximum processing time for out of stock items is two (2) weeks. Your orders may be delivered via our shipping partners like LBC and JRS Express. A signature may be required at time of delivery. You may also drop off and pick up the orders at the Shop. Please bring a valid ID for proper identification purposes. We may also hold meet-up delivery with a handling fee of no less than P100.00 depending on the agreed location. Exchange:
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within two (2) weeks of purchase only if the item suffers from a manufacturing defect. We will not proceed to exchange the item beyond this grace period. The 2-week processing time shall be observed should the exchange item is not available. A work order will be issued so that you can drop off and pick up the order at our Shop. We may also deliver the item at your expense. Cancellations:
We can cancel your order at any time as long as it has not been shipped out yet. Also, should you fail to settle the required payment within three days from the OCS date, the order will be considered cancelled. Returns:
