Dearest DTI Philippines and DTI E-Commerce Bureau,

Pag usapan nga po natin yang Trustmark that costs 1,130PHP sa online sellers that is only valid for a year. Mas mahal pa sa Business name Registration.

First your aim po is to protect the consumers, tanong ko lang. Dumadaan po ba sa inyo Ang Return and Refund ng buyers? Direct platform po kasi siya. Take a look at my scenario.

1. Na recieve nya Yung parcel.
2. Claimed to be damaged after 3 days and asks for refund with a BLACK PHOTO. AS IN BLACK LANG.
3. The platform approved the claims.
4. The Monthly Milestone Photoshoot of the customers baby ay tapos na bago mag return.
5. Na penalty Ako kasi nag rant Ako sa galit hahaha.

May DTI po bang involved? Platform to platform lang. Labanan kami ng evidence. 🙂

Second, sakin lang to ha, I prefer to check the ratings than DTI trustmark. Why because doon a lot of people reviewed the item na mismo. 😉

So the 1130 is too much when we can easily fact check the quality of the item and ask for the return and refund directly to the platform Naman na. 🤔

Technically this is slowly k*ll*ng the Online Selling industry. Registered na kami lahat lahat sa BIR ay. 🫢
