The warranty will grant a replacement of the case with a totally brand new item ONLY with the following conditions:
1) if the case is defective (water leaking inside the case) WITHIN the 1 Year Warranted period from the date of purchase;
2) the case, including t
he box and everything inside, will be shipped back to me (SHIPPING FEE WILL NOT BE SHOULDERED) if meet-up is impossible and I will confirm (by water testing) if the case is indeed water defective;
3) replacement of the case with another color is not advised but if willed, will have additional costs prior to the availability;
4) replacement of the case will take 3 to 7 days; and,
5) most importantly, the warranty will ONLY cover the damaged case and NOT the cellular device.
