WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT...
Why we are different from other online shops?
We are a buyer before we became a seller and we've also had a couple of bad experiences from unfair sellers. This has been our guide in giving out the best for our customers. We put ourselves in their shoes so we always understand how they feel. With these in mind, below are our main pointers: 👉🏻Quality, quality, quality. We check the merchandise from our suppliers. We don't buy from them just so we can get to have stocks to sell. We check all items and the fabric and material used to see if it is acceptable to us as consumers before we bulk buy. 👉🏻We inspect each and every item. All our items are pre-packed on a clear plastic with adhesive so they are protected and won't accumulate dust and dirt. 👉🏻Upon product receipt from the supplier, we check the items one by one, remove excess threads, check the stitching and the overall status of the clothes. We do return items with issues to the suppliers. So you are not likely to receive anything with damage. 👉🏻We only post available stocks and we update our inventory. This is because we know how excited customers are with their purchase. Product availability means we can ship right away! We do not send them whatever is just available even if it is not their choice. 👉🏻We double check every order. If we ever encounter availability issues or quality issues, we tell the customer of the options that they have. We make them choose. If they don't answer our messages, we call them up. 👉🏻We don't like returns, refunds and bad reviews. This is the main reason why we check everything and we communicate to our customers. We make sure that there is an agreement between us before we ship. 👉🏻The photo in this post is just an example of our quality passed merchandise. We also have labels so customers would know how to reach us.
