1. ​Avoid "fillers": Try to cut out "um," "uh," and "like." It is better to have a second of silence than to fill it with "um."

2. ​Use "Active" Voice: Instead of saying "The problem was fixed by me," say "I have fixed the problem." It sounds more confident and direct.

3. ​The "Bridge" Technique: If you don't know the answer, don't say "I don't know." Instead, use: "That’s a great question, let me check my resources to give you the accurate information."
