How many days will I receive the package? Answer:
We will provide the Tracking Number and applicable ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival); However, ETA is affected by current rules and protocols on shipment of goods, govern by local mandates. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• NO RETURN. Please always manage your expectations as you are informed beforehand that you are dealing with Thrift or Pre-loved clothes; unless stated Brand New in the description box. Some items will have minimal to obvious signs of usage.
• PRICES, SIZES AND FLAWS are indicated on each caption of every photo. Sizes are measured in inches using a measuring tape. However, if we failed to indicate the flaw, you will be informed via messenger. We will wait for your confirmation before we process your order.
• NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. No order form sent out before and after commenting “MINE" and the order was confirmed, means “ORDER CANCELLED”. We will only wait for ONLY 2 hours from the time when the comment was made. Note that this will be automatically tagged as Bogus Buyer or Joy Miner.
• NO DELETING OF COMMENTS. Deleting of comments after commenting “MINE” and order being confirmed, means “ORDER CANCELLED”. Note that this will be automatically tagged as Bogus Buyer or Joy Miner. However, if we have NOT YET confirmed your order, kindly message us your reason as to why you deleted your comment to avoid confusion.
• 24-HOUR RESERVATION ONLY. Settle your payment within 24 hours after we sent out the invoice of your order. Failure to pay the full amount on the time we have agreed on, your order will be considered "ORDER CANCELLED". Note that this will be automatically tagged as Bogus Buyer or Joy Miner.
• WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. Failure to give the right address to where the package will be sent, it will cause delays. If it causes the delivery rider to return the items, you will pay another shipping fee if you want us to send it again to the correct shipping address. (Applicable for J&T delivery.)
