The world measures wealth by what we can hold in our hands: money in our accounts, possessions in our homes, titles beside our names, and achievements that people can see.
But heaven measures wealth differently.
A man may have empty pockets, a simple life, and little that the world considers valuable… yet if his heart is filled with Christ, he possesses a treasure that can never be stolen, corrupted, or taken away.
Because the greatest riches are not found in what we accumulate on earth, but in the One we have for eternity.
A person who has Christ has a hope that money cannot buy, a peace that circumstances cannot destroy, and a joy that the world cannot give. That person might be the poorest person in the eyes of the world and yet the richest in eternity if his heart belongs to Jesus.
While the richest person on earth may still be empty if Christ is missing.
One day, every possession will fade. our bank accounts will be left behind, every earthly achievement will lose its meaning. But the soul that is anchored in Christ will enter into a kingdom where treasures never decay and where His presence is the greatest reward.
May we never chase temporary riches and neglect eternal treasures.
Because in the end, the question will not be: “How much did you have?” But: “Did you have Christ?”
For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul? (Mark 8:36)
..Choose the riches that last forever.
Choose Jesus ❤️🔥
