Is it smog or pollutants?
Well, it depends where you are! If you're in Metro Manila, well then we can't blame Taal. Blame it on smoke emissions coming from vehicles. Parañaque and Caloocan having the highest AQl, being in the
"unhealthy" index.
Nature has its way to warn us! The Taal activity brought to light how unhealthy the quality of air we have here in the Metro. How long have we been inhaling unhealthy air? What will our children have in the future if we don't do anything?
The important question now is:
What can we do? We can look at ourselves and how we contribute to global warming and taking care of our planet Start with small changes. A little thing goes a long way.

Plastic cotton buds as small and as insignificant as they may seem, contributes to plastic pollution and posts harm to marine life.

Between 2015 and 2019 cotton buds were in the top 10 items found during the Marine Conservation Society’s Great British Beach Clean. The UK has already banned the use of plastic straw, plastic stemmed cotton buds and stirrers too!

A less waste solution would be to switch to bamboo refillable razors. Just replace the razor heads at a minimum cost 🌱

🧋Because single-use plastic is produced from fossil fuels, the process of extracting and creating these plastics emits huge amounts of greenhouse gases.

🧋It is estimated that just the extraction of these fossil fuels and their transportation to plastic factories emits 12.5 to 1.5 million metric tons of greenhouse gases
