Are your items on hand or for pre-order?
✨ All items posted are currently on hand! We may have pre-orders in the future.
How do I know which items are still available?
✨ Items will be marked as RESERVED/SOLD if they are not available anymore. You may simply search or click this hashtag 👉 here on Facebook or Instagram for easy browsing of available items.
How do I buy?
✨ Just comment “mine + emoji” on the item(s) that you wish to avail. Once we reply “yours”, you have 2 hours to send us your Order Form.
How and where can I pay?
✨ You have to send your payment within two (2) days after your order has been confirmed. You may pay through GCash or BDO.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
✨ As of the moment, no. We are strictly following a payment-first policy. This means we will only ship your orders once your payment has been completed.
Is shipping fee free?
✨ No, customers will shoulder the shipping fee. There will be promos where we will provide free shipping so stay tuned!
How much is the shipping fee?
✨ Shipping fee varies depending on the location of the buyer. Standard rates are 50-180 pesos.
Do you ship nationwide?
✨ Yes!
What is the Order Form?
✨ Full Name, Complete Address, Contact No., Mode of Payment, Screenshot of order.
Can I cancel my order?
✨ Orders are final and they can not be cancelled.
My order arrived but I suddenly want to exchange it for another design! Can I?
✨ No, we are on a No Return, No Exchange, No refund policy.
