Starting today, we are implementing a new policy to ensure every handcrafted piece gets the time and dedication it deserves. To better serve our committed clients, Rush Orders will only be accommodated if customer complies to the following:

🩵No cancellation once order is confirmed
When you request a rush order, every hour counts. We will now implement a strict time limit for confirming your design and color choices.
• Why? When decision-making takes too long, it delays the start of our handcrafting process. To ensure you receive your items ASAP, we need a firm commitment so we can stop planning and start creating.
Each of our ties is carefully handcrafted. We’ve recently encountered situations where rush orders were cancelled mid-transaction. Because we customize colors and materials specifically for your request, these pieces take significant time and resources to create. Our rush fees remain competitively priced to account for this prioritized labor.
