Over the past few weeks, I’ve noticed that there have been several same-day appointment cancellations. It honestly makes me a little sad because the time slots end up going to waste and could have been given to other clients who were hoping to book.
I completely understand that many cancellations are not intentional. Unexpected situations, emergencies, or sudden changes in schedule can really happen, and I truly appreciate those who inform me as soon as possible. I always try to be understanding because I know things don’t always go as planned.
However, to help minimize last-minute cancellations and to make sure the schedule is fair for everyone who wants to book, I will be updating the downpayment to **₱399**. The downpayment will secure your slot and will be deducted from your total service.
