The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Barangay Guadalupe headed by SK Chairperson Hon. Kristine Eliot proudly passed the Exemplary Award for Ideal Functionality for the calendar year 2025, a prestigious recognition given by the Province of Negros Occidental.

Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Barangay Guadalupe had demonstrated outstanding performance, integrity, and commitment to their mandate who passed the “SK Ideal Functionality Assessment” through the SKFA conducted by the Sangguniang Kabataan Panlalawigan - Province of Negros Occidental.

This award serves as a resounding affirmation of the SK - Barangay Guadalupe dedication to good governance, youth empowerment, transparency, and inclusive community development. More than just an accolade, this recognition reflects the hard work, collaboration, and visionary leadership of a team of young leaders who have continuously elevated the voice and welfare of the youth sector in Barangay Guadalupe.
