This excess/ overruns ay hindi na sumailalim sa quality control check. It goes directly from factory to the buyer and from buyer to the consumer. Mall-Pullout naman is exceptionally better in quality than overruns because they are made as ORIGINALS but some of them hindi pumasa sa quality check control dahil sa mga imperfections na di mo naman talaga mahahalata like wrong in size tagging kaya na pullout sa stores,malls at landmarks na pinagbebentahan sa kanila..Some of them passed through quality control check pero na pullout parin kasi di naibenta sa mall kahit pa on sale na kaya na pullout🔥Mas mahal mo mabebenta kasi good quality,may tag prices at minsan pa kung high end may sticker na do not iron on prints na lakas maka original talaga..
