A tribute to the unsung makers of Panem — the weavers, the dreamers, the rebels in disguise. This maroon suit with pleated skirt and gold buttons was inspired by The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes a symbol of defiance sewn with every stitch.
