Order Rules for our dear custsomers!
Please note the following guidelines for placing orders:
🎀Only messages sent directly to the page will be addressed.
🎀There are NO RUSH ORDERS for items of 10 pieces or more. An additional fee applies for rush orders.
🎀Standard orders take 2-3 days to process, depending on the size and quantity of the order (this timeframe does not apply to bulk orders of 10 pieces or more).
🎀If you have bulk orders, please inquire 2-3 weeks in advance of your event, as we cannot accommodate rush requests for these orders.
🎀For items 400 pesos and above, at least a 40% down payment is required before we start making your item (Gcash only).
🎀For customized orders, please send us a clear inspo so we can visualize the size and design you want.
🎀The delivery fee is shouldered by the buyer, depending on the location.
🎀No cancellation of orders once you and the admin have agreed on your order.
🎀Payment-first policy through GCash before we ship the product. This helps us avoid scam orders:)
🎀Open for meet-ups around San Jose del Monte, Bulacan only. (you can pay us directly in our meet up)
