a simple reply earlier would’ve saved us both the time. we don’t normally allow cancellations, pero wala rin naman kaming magagawa kung ayaw na talagang mag-settle ng payment.

nakakapanghinayang lang kasi may mga nagre-reserve ng maraming items, tapos bigla na lang magca-cancel o hindi na magre-reply. if nagbago ang isip, sabihin na lang agad para ma-offer namin sa ibang interested buyers.
