📢 Shipping Policy Update

Dear valued customers,

Starting this batch of shipments, we will no longer accommodate Lalamove or same-day pickups for regular orders.

Lalamove will only be available for bulk orders. All other items, regardless of collection, will be shipped via our regular courier.

This policy is being implemented to help us manage orders more efficiently and prevent items from being left unclaimed for extended periods. We also experience situations where bookings are made without prior notice, or pickup requests are made during live selling despite having a scheduled pickup date. These delays affect our workflow and overall shipping process.
