Empathetic listening: I wish to promote active listening to prioritize understanding over judgment, fostering genuine connections for increased empathy, bridging divides, and creating a more compassionate society. Listening with empathy helps us communicate more compassionately and understand each other. It makes it easier to figure out what each person needs, improves how we handle problems, and makes our support systems stronger, fitting in well with the values and goals of AIMS.
