Unauthorized Use of Business Address and Fraudulent Activities
This serves as a public warning to inform everyone that the business address of Elle Swims, located at Sta. Rosa, Laguna, is being unlawfully used by an individual or individuals not affiliated with our business, Elle Swims.
Please be aware that Elle Swims conducts all legitimate business transactions exclusively through our official Facebook Account and within Facebook Marketplace, under the personal profile of the owner. We do not engage in any business activities or accept liability for transactions conducted outside of these official online platforms.
We have become aware that our business address has been used in connection with unauthorized activities, potentially misleading the public. Elle Swims strongly advises the public to exercise extreme caution and to only transact with us through our official Facebook channels as stated above.
We want to emphasize that legal actions are currently underway against the individual(s) responsible for the unauthorized use of our business address.
We urge anyone who has been contacted by or has engaged in transactions with individuals using our business address outside of our official Facebook Account and Facebook Marketplace to exercise caution and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
