To all guests checking in:

• A reservation fee is required, which also serves as the security deposit.
• Full payment is required upon check-in, not after check-out.
• If full payment is not settled within 2 hours after check-in, we will be forced to ask the guest to vacate the unit.

Please note that no hotel allows payment after check-out, and the same policy applies to CLB Staycation.

We kindly ask guests not to make personal decisions outside of our agreed policy.

Dear Valued Guests,
This is a kind reminder that our check-in time is strictly at 2:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 NN.

We have noticed that some guests attempt to check in earlier than the allowed time.
Please note that early check-in is not permitted as we require sufficient time for cleaning.

If you wish to check in earlier than 2:00 PM, please inform us in advance. Early check-in and exceeding hours are subject to an additional fee of P150 per hour, depending on availability.

Please be advised that check-ins at 1:00 PM, 1:30
PM, or any time before 2:00 PM are not allowed without prior arrangement.

We always send the check-in time and house rules ahead of time. We kindly ask everyone to read them carefully to avoid any misunderstanding.
