⚠️ Animal Welfare Concern ⚠️
I am deeply disturbed by a video circulating on the page “JOMOND JTV” that appears to show a helpless dog being physically abused.
I respectfully call on animal welfare organizations, local authorities, and the appropriate government agencies to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident. If the video is verified to be authentic, those responsible should be held accountable under the Philippine Animal Welfare Act (Republic Act No. 8485, as amended by Republic Act No. 10631).
Animals deserve compassion, care, and protection. Any content that appears to depict or promote cruelty toward animals should be taken seriously and reported through the proper channels.
If you have credible information related to this incident in Cuayan, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, please report it to the appropriate authorities or recognized animal welfare organizations to assist in any investigation.
