• We accept Customized Dress Design orders with a minimum of 6 pieces per design only.

𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧
• Send your preferred design inspiration, sketch, reference photo, or complete design details.
• Include preferred color combination, style, fabric preference, and other customization requests.

𝐒𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
• Complete size details for all orders must be submitted before production starts.
• Please double-check all measurements, as changes may no longer be accommodated once production begins.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞
• Customized dress orders require 7–14 business days for production after final design approval, size confirmation, and down payment.
• Production time may vary depending on design complexity and order volume.

💳 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬
• A required down payment must be settled to confirm the order and secure the production schedule.
• Full payment must be completed before release/shipping.

• No cancellation or major design changes once production has started.
• Customized orders are considered final and non-refundable
