REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTING:
✅VALID ID
✅refundable security deposit or assurance fee to cover damages/loss. SECURITY DEPOSIT IS 200-500 depends on item.
* Payments:
* Rental Fee: This may depends on costumes
* Security Deposit/Assurance Fee: Refundable upon safe, undamaged return.
* Agreement: Signing a rental contract or agreement with terms and conditions.
* No Alterations: Absolutely no cutting, dyeing, gluing, or permanent modifications.
* Do not wash, we are the one who’s responsible for washing.
Rental Process:
1. Inquire & Reserve: Contact or visit us here at Z2 Ambawan, Caraycayon, Tigaon , Camarines Sur. And please provide costume details, and pay a down payment to secure your date.
2. Appointment: Schedule a fitting or pickup, usually a day before the event.
3. Pickup: Present ID, sign the agreement, and pay the rental fee and security deposit.
4. Deposit Refund: you can get your deposit after returning and checking the item if it’s safe and undamaged.
Key Things to Know:
* Damage/Loss: You're responsible for full cost of replacement or repair for irreversible damage.
* Single User: Often strictly one person per costume.
* Handle with Care: Treat costumes gently; avoid staples, tape, glue, or major alterations.
* No Washing (Usually): Unless instructed, don't wash costumes; the owner typically handles professional cleaning.
* Return On Time: Late returns incur extra fees, potentially deducted from your deposit.
* Return Clean: Ensure costumes are free of stains, body odor, and properly folded.
