KBBC carries trusted direct-selling brands — Personal Collection, Avon, Natasha, Dakki, Ever Bilena, and an E-comms— and we're on a mission to massively grow our network of resellers across Cebu and beyond. We need a marketing officer whose #1 job is turning more Filipinos into active, earning resellers.

What you'll do:

Run reseller recruitment campaigns — funnels, ads, and content that sign up new resellers

Create ready-to-repost selling assets

Design promos, incentives, and activation pushes to wake up dormant resellers

Plan and host live selling sessions and grow our social presence

Track what works — recruitment numbers, engagement, conversion — and double down

What we're looking for:

Real understanding of the Philippine reseller / social-selling model (FB groups, TikTok Shop, live selling)

Experience running recruitment or growth campaigns — not just posting pretty content

Can create content AND think strategically — a hands-on doer, not just a planner

Knows how to build and run a simple recruitment funnel

Self-driven, results-obsessed, comfortable being measured on reseller growth

We’re hiring an Operations Leader to help build the backbone of our growing business — someone who already knows the work and is ready to run with it.

KBBC has served western Cebu since 1997 — retail, reselling, and now expanding into FMCG distribution. We have the people and the volume. What we need is a sharp operator to bring structure, systems, and discipline as we grow.

What you’ll do:
• Map and document our workflows, SOPs, and operating systems
• Spot bottlenecks and lead process improvements
• Set up and track KPIs across our branches
• Help drive our team toward consistency and accountability
• Bring order and standards to how we operate

What we’re looking for:
• A graduate of Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in operations, process improvement, or a similar role — ready to contribute from day one
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma principles (training or certification) — a strong plus
• A natural systems-thinker who loves order, data, and detail
• Strong communication skills and the drive to take real ownership
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Toledo City; driver’s license a plus

What we offer:
• Salary: ₱20,000–25,000/month + performance incentives
