I have to admit, that my workouts before are not consistent. I stopped working out in 2021 and got back in 2022 because I was diagnosed of borderline prediabetes.

I've been on and off of it until 2024 when I finally decided to do it consistently. Taking my workouts seriously and my protein intake mindfully.

Did my research in nutrition, calorie tracking,body recomposition, types of workouts and body building.
Seeing how my body grows stronger each lift, I can say that all of the hardworks pays off.

A diet that's not too restrictive,is a sustainable one😋
