Our warranty lasts for 7 days.

Our aim is not only to meet the needs of our valued clients, but also exceed their expectations by delivering excellent before and after sales service. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you have changed your mind, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, sorry. Think before placing your orders. If the product is faulty

when you received it (please don’t trick us!) you can contact us at [email protected] with a photo proof of the faulty product, and we will help you with the exchange and refund process if possible. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
