As one of the programs of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, which is to provide our Person's Deprived of Liberty skills enhancement and part of their rehabilitation. As well as their livelihood for them to earn even they are in our facility

The proceeds of these LANTERNS will be used in their rehabilitation and they earn income for their personal upkeep and able to help the financial needs of their family.
