NOTE: we are order based shoppe but sometimes we make pre-made items. for orders that are ordered we follow First come first serve. once your item is already on the process, their is no way for you to cancel or else you will be listed on the famous list. thus, if you are to cancel your order make it earlier anyway we are informing if your item is already on the process. ALSO, not going to the meet up to get your items will also make you listed to the famous list. HOW LONG WILL I WAIT? Our items are crafted with love and patience. none of it are made with pressure so that the products quality will not be compromised. waiting time for every item is 2-5 days but this scheme may change depending on the size of order, the number of orders and the orders before your order. NOTE: For customized dream catchers, waiting time is from 1 to 2 weeks. of course, these are customized. it needed a special attention and craftsmanship :)
