If you are thinking of traveling in Eid Holidays then you need to read this!

Chitral 60 % booked until 3rd July.
Naran/Kaghan all booked until 5th July.
Balakot/Shogran all booked until 3rd July.
Expect traffic blockages in Abbotabad, Mansehra & whole kaghan road at multiple points.
Swat valley all booked until 16th July.
Extreme roadblocks on Kalam road.
Nathiagali all booked until 12th July.
Extreme road blocks upto Islamabad on murree road starting from galliyaat.

Avoid common tourist places on the long weekend and explore new ones (Chitral, Kumrat valley, Upper dir, Sharhan forest, Khwazakhela etc) courtesy Kpk tourism department.
Neelum valley all booked until 5th July.
(some accommodations available in Upper neelum and Taobat) but expect huge traffic blockages in Keran, Sharda & Kel.

Leepa Valley (only camping facility can be availed).
Rawalakot is partially available.
