It epitomises the dreams and aspirations of the women of Kashmir and Punjab, who produce each crocheted piece meticulously, with great skill and artistic inspiration, a true labour of love. Every item is timeless, classic and one-of-a-kind. Crochet is a centuries old craft of weaving thread into numerous floral and geometrical patterns. Some of the patterns resemble fruits and animals and are interwoven in such a manner that onlookers feel like they are witnessing a magical garden. This craft like all handicrafts is transferred from generation to generation.
