Integrated People (IP) is a social initiative that was initially started up by two college students from
They shared their idea with the founder kiran foundation, Sabina Khatri and from there is took off as a brand line for the women artisans of Lyari, mostly being mothers of the kiran school in Lyari. The products were designed to enable a market-test at Penn State University, University of Cent

ral Florida, American University of Sharjah, and University of Toronto. The products are also being experimented in the local market through exhibitions. Integrated People has also experimented with extending its reach into disaster relief areas. Our first experiment in this sub-section involved 2000 bracelets made out of plastic bags at tent-cities setup outside of Karachi after the 2010 floods. The plastic bags in which majority of the donations arrived to these camps usually end up littering the fields, where as at our pilot locations, there was not a single plastic bag to be seen, while the victims returned home with some cash-in-hand. Amongst our top designers are Sara Khatri and Zaharia Khatri. Awareness - Encourage people to check out this page as well as our website. Eid is a joyous time to celebrate our faith, our families and friends however our Muslim brothers and sisters in other parts of the world are going through excruciating times.

This year, while we feel grateful for the freedom and safety of our children in the free state of Pakistan, we feel solemn for all the children around the world who may not even remember it’s Eid.

While our children express their chirping Eid Mubarak there are children who are bleeding to death out there.
This truly should be felt by all of us, yet we have to allow our children to express their happiness towards our Eid.

We pray for all those brothers and sisters who are in pain in the world, whether it be due to COVID-19, the challenging times in Palestine or the sadness in Afghanistan.

_May Allah SWT hear our prayers and grant a peaceful and joyous Eid to all the Muslim families all around the world - ameen_

Many took inspiration from your personal life today. When one of the mothers came to you and said
‘app to bilkul aam insanon ki tarhan rahe hain’
That’s when I knew we had achieved the goal of our session today.
We can see that you broke all barriers even though you had the same struggles like all of us while growing up it gives us hope that we can also be like you.
