To place an order, send a picture or screenshot of the item(s) with the size you are interested in buying.

2. To buy an item during a Facebook live session, please take a screenshot and message or Whatsapp.

3. In Facebook live sessions, first come, first serve policy will be followed (Whoever will send a message first, item(s) will go to that person).

4. Payment is due as soon as a customer

confirms the item(s):
- After confirmation, the item(s) will be held for two hours only.
- The deal will only be considered final when the funds are received.

5. Shipping applies on all items:
- $9 for 1-2 casual dresses or one formal dress.
- $15 for 3-5 casual dresses or two formal dresses.
- $20 for 5 or more dresses.


6. Once the payment is received item(s) will be shipped within 1-2 business days and tracking details will be provided.

7. Payment can only be made via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal & Cashapp. Cash or check may also be acceptable in case of local pickup. Any other modes of payment are not acceptable. All sales are final; NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGE. Please confirm your order when you are confident and fully satisfied with the size, material, color, etc.

9. Refund or exchange can only be claimed if the customer receives any damage or faulty item(s) within 12 hours after delivery of item(s). The buyer will bear return Shipping.

10. All packages are insured upto $100, once the package is shipped and in the possession of Post Office we will not be responsible for any loss or damage by the shipping company.

11. No returns or exchanges on clearance and discounted items for any reason.

12. For customized orders 50% payment will be made in advance and remaining at the time of shipping item(s).

13. Making and delivery time of customized orders is 4 weeks. Thank you for visiting and purchasing.
