In this plan it's mentioned 45 mins of cardio but for beginners do 15 mins of cardio and increase 5 mins after every 2 days.. I do 20-30 mins of exercise that includes cardio and body toning with weights.. Exercise can be done in the morning or evening 5-6pm... Drink plenty of water everyday and stay hydrated..
