You will receive a confirmation message from "New Born Baby Collection" after booking the order to confirm the product details and delivery address.

Payment Method:

We offer cash on delivery throughout Pakistan. You can pay for your product at the delivery time, which is simple and easy for our customers.

Please note that orders above Rs. 10,000/- advance payment is required via Bank Transfer or Easy Paisa.

Delivery Charges:

Goods to cities outside Lahore will be shipped by Leopard Courier in 4-5 business days, for which delivery charges are charged at Rs 195 and these are fixed charges.

But if you order from anywhere within Lahore, there will be a delivery charge of Rs 100.

Remember that you can order more than one item on the same delivery charge.

RETURN POLICY:

We are fully confident in the quality of the products we sell. But If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a full refund or exchange. Keep in mind, we only accept unused products with their tags and you must send the goods within 7 days of receiving the order.

After 7 days there is no Exchange & refund.
