Qualification: at least Bachelor’s in Fashion Designing from a reputed institute.
Experience: 5 - 7 years (preferably in Formal category (unstitched) in a well reputed organization)

Salary Package: Rs: 150,000 to Rs: 200,000.
Required Skills:
• Should have expertise in Eastern formals and in trending color schemes of her Embroidery.
• Must have motivation to grow and creativity to enhance design collection
• Should be competent in meeting deadlines.
• Should adhere to Brand and Customer demands for designs
• must have an aesthetic eye to work over hand embroidery designs, cuts, color matching and understanding of design from a technical perspective
• Should be responsible for design creation from conceptualization to final end production.
• One should conduct regular extensive market research to keep up with market trends & forecast future innovative designs (with respect to design, fabric and color).
• Should have Great Command in Sketching (Manual or Digital) and be able to provide embroidery layouts
• Should Provide Cost effective yet on point designs.
• work hard to stay up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors
• Coordinate with aligned departments to ensure precise and timely manufacturing of quality products and keep them up-to-date with the project milestones.
