• Advise staff on direct and indirect tax compliance.
• Supervise quarterly/annual e-filing of income tax withholding statements.
• Prepare and file annual income tax returns for the group.
• Advise senior management on tax matters and impacts of current/future tax laws.
• Represent the company at tax offices for various matters.
• Liaise with tax consultants and legal advisors.
• Review documents before submission in case of notices/audits.
• Supervise customs rebate processes and applications.
• Oversee income tax/sales tax refund filings.
• Handle tax litigation matters with consultants/lawyers.
