If you are not happy with any item upon receiving because of it being faulty, Ensha happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 10 days of original purchase. There’s a PKR 400 restocking/return fee to cover the cost of shipping the return package and restocking the merchandise.
