A story of our customer

It was a hot sunny day when I just came back home from an interview at a private company for my sales job. I was tired and all broken from inside as the interview didn't pass well. I just rushed to my room and jumped on to my bed for taking a nap so I can forget the worries of being unemployed for a while. I wasn't expecting this jumping to bed will lead to another disaster. Soon after laying in bed I realized I heard something falling on the floor. When I looked down, it was my precious phone which my brother gifted to me a month before. Oh God, it should be fine, please. It should be fine. I prayed while reaching my phone on the floor. When I picked it up, I felt like the world is squeezing on me as the screen was broken into pieces. My phone was the only option with me to apply for jobs and to make my career shine.

At that time I knew the money I saved for my laptop will be spent on the screen repairing of this mobile as I heard the people in Bilour plaza charge tens of thousands for screen repairing. Now I was thinking on how to get it repaired. I had a second interview tomorrow at another company. I can't spend the whole day at Saddar waiting for repair guys to repair the phone. Suddenly, I just remembered I saw a brochure in my balcony about mobile repairing when rushing towards my room. I went to the balcony and picked that brochure. It said, "Mobile Repairing at your door step". I read the details and thought they would charge me double, from those guys at Bilour. But after a while I made my mind to just take a quote from them and see what happens. I called the number 033333333 and they picked up saying, Assalamualaikum, Repair LaLa speaking. That Lala word gave me a hint that I can be informal with them. I explained the story and told them my mobile model. They told me about different quality of screens available with them and quoted me a price which was much lower than what I initially thought. I asked them when can you come and repair it? They replied I can schedule any time with them. I thought its a scam like no one would come to your door step and repair in low charges. I told lala to come now and gave my address. In the next 30 minute my door bell rang and lala was there. Amazing!. He brought his repairing tools and a brand new screen. I kept watching him as I was still not clear about their service. It has been 20 minutes and voila! my mobile was like brand new again. I paid the amount and went back to my room. I went to the interview on next day. I was selected because my skills were more related to the job than any other candidate. My nightmare has a happy ending.
